"This was a complicated job resulting from a roof collapse due to snow. Bob came out and brought tarps to cover the building contents until the weather allowed reconstruction. The wood roof supports were replaced with steel to prevent another collapse. He stayed within a very reasonable budget and did a great job. He was very patient with the glacial pace of the mortgage company releasing the insurance money. We were in contact almost every day and he was very cooperative and pleasant. The job required a number of subcontractors, which was coordinated well. While they were there, they repaired a leaky spot on the roof of my house." |
